Pray With Us
Father, we come before thy Throne of Grace and Mercy. Forgive us for all of our sins and all of our transgressions. Father, we have done things which you have told us not to do. Forgive us. We have not done things which you have told us to do. Forgive us.
We thank you for the shelter which you have provided. Thank you for awaking us this morning with a good portion of health. You put food on our tables, thank you. You provided drink for our parched throats, thank you. You made a way for us with transportation, thank you.
Thank you that you are God, and there is none other.
You permitted Jesus to carry that heavy cross along with our sins to Calvary's Mountain, thank you. You sent your only begotten Son, Jesus, to die on Calvary's Cross for our sins, thank you. You allowed Jesus to get up on that third day to justify us, thank you.
Thank you for your Holy Spirit, who comforts and guides us. Thank you for the indwelling of the Holy Ghost.
Father, thank you for all of your many blessing.
Father, many may come asking, "Why Me?" Comfort us in the knowledge that you will answer our petitions and grant our needs. We know that this is just a test. Someone praying this prayer is about to pass the test. Let someone wake up this morning to a miracle. Let someone receive a telephone call today with a miracle. Let the mail box bring someone a miracle.
This test is just our storm. But we know that the storm is almost gone. We can see the Son beaming through the clouds. We can see the storm passing over. This test is just for a moment. This test is just a way to reinforce our patience. This is just a test.
Someone is carrying a heavy burden, lift that burden, in Jesus name. We stand on the promises which you made us, when you said "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." Father, we see the Son peeping through the clouds and we know that "you will meet all of our needs."
For those who need that spiritual blessing, touch in the name of Jesus. For that one who needs a physical healing, in the name of Jesus heal! Someone needs your financial blessings, light bills need paying, water bills need paying, gas bills need paying, rent needs paying. Open the windows of heaven and fill that wallet, fill that pocketbook. Meet theses financial needs, in Jesus name.
There is someone laying on a bed of illness. Lift them up and remove that illness. By your strips we are healed, spiritually, physically and mentally and financially.
Someone has lost a loved one, touch these families, let them know that physical death is spiritual life to the soul that knows Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
For that one who is behind prison walls, comfort them. Use that one who wants to do your work and minister to the fellow inmates.
Touch that one who does not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, Save that soul whom you will. Souls need saving. The prostitute needs saving, Save in the name of Jesus. The pimp needs saving, Save in the name of Jesus. The drug addict needs saving, Save in the name of Jesus. The alcoholic needs saving, Save in the name of Jesus.
Father, touch that sinner man, woman, boy and girl that they may come running to you and ask what must I do to be Saved. Save Souls Today.
Our President needs you, have mercy, touch, in the name of Jesus. Our elected officials need you, touch in the name of Jesus. We need a moral uprising. Lift this country to higher heights, higher levels of morality which this nation has not seen in years gone past.
Turn our face away from those who will have us to believe that 'it is all right' to live a depraved life. Touch those who support the agendas which you call an abomination. Touch those who will stand and say that it is God who made the mistake in their living the life of a homosexual.
Touch those who stand up and say that it is OK to murder the unborn child which is being carried in that mother's womb. Change our moral standards, so that we may return to that "One Nation Under God". Help us Father. In Jesus name.
Father, as we come down to the final hours of this life, when we lay down our Bibles and Prayer Books, when we are no longer able to sing Songs of Zion. Meet us at the Mercy Seat, so we can hear those words, which we have longed to hear "WELL DONE, MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT"
Father, in Jesus name we ask these and all blessing.
